Alexa Chung may have ended 2009 with her MTV show It’s On with Alexa Chung getting canceled after two seasons on the air, but the British television personality can ring the upcoming year with some good news: Mulberry has named a bag after her. The luxury British line anointed their latest bag “the Alexa.” The brief-case style bag comes in three sizes — a clutch, an oversized carryall, and the standard size which features a detachable strap. The Alexa is inspired by Mulberry’s iconic “Baywater” satchel bag and their men’s briefcase. The bag comes in different colors, from oak-brown to electric blue. While the clutch is priced at $695, the messenger-style bag is $1,250. Yay or nay?
